Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Interr, the platform operated by MuseLab Inc. ("MuseLab", "we", "us") for establishing and operating a business and life in Japan. By using the Service or purchasing any service through it, you agree to these Terms.

  1. 1.The Service

Interr lets you assemble a package from individual services — such as company setup, visa support, housing, employees, and tax services — for establishing and operating in Japan. We coordinate these services directly and through vetted partner providers. The details, availability, and scope of each service are described on the Service and may change.

  2. 2.Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

  3. 3.Quotes and pricing

Prices are shown on the Service before checkout. During this early (MVP) phase, some prices are placeholders and are confirmed with you before any work begins. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Japanese yen and may exclude taxes and third-party government or service fees, which are your responsibility.

  4. 4.Orders and payment

When you place an order, payment is collected through our payment provider, Stripe. By submitting payment you authorise the charge for the services you select. We begin coordinating your services after payment is confirmed, unless we agree otherwise with you.

  5. 5.Service delivery and partners

Many services are delivered with the help of independent third-party providers and government authorities. We coordinate and act on your behalf but do not control, and are not responsible for, the decisions of immigration authorities, landlords, banks, or other third parties. Timelines are estimates and depend on factors outside our control.

  6. 6.Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents, and to cooperate as reasonably needed for us to deliver the services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit; delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not our responsibility.

  7. 7.Cancellations and refunds

You may request to cancel a service before work has begun, for a refund of amounts not yet committed to third parties. Once work has started, or third-party or government fees have been incurred, those amounts may be non-refundable. Where practical, we will explain the applicable position before confirming any charge.

  8. 8.No guarantee of outcomes

We provide coordination and support services. We do not guarantee any particular outcome — including the grant of a visa, residence status, housing, or financial product — as such decisions rest with the relevant authorities and providers.

  9. 9.Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by MuseLab or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our permission.

  10. 10.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, submitting unlawful content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

  11. 11.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

  12. 12.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuseLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  13. 13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MuseLab against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

  14. 14.Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

  15. 15.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
